Terms of Service & Membership Agreement

  • Your use of the space is an 'at will' license which we may revoke at any time, for any reason. This is not a lease or a sublease.
  • Access to the space as allowed by your membership level, subject to open hours, which may change at our discretion (we will attempt to give you notice).
  • Usage is calculated on a monthly (by billing cycle or by calendar month) basis and unused days do not roll over.
  • Memberships are only for individuals, and may not be shared with anyone else.
  • You may use one workstation solely for your own commercial purposes deemed appropriate by us.
  • External monitors are not to be used in the open coworking space.
  • There is no guarantee of availability of workspace on a given day/time.
  • Non-members are not entitled to guest privileges—that is, you may not bring guests during if you're on a non-member Day Pass, and your guests may not bring their own guests.
  • Your membership may be canceled without notice if you violate our code of conduct.

You affirm support of our Diversity & Inclusiveness Statement and agree to abide by our Code of Conduct.

  • No storage of personal items is allowed in the coworking space. Any personal items are left in the space at your own risk. We do not guarantee the security of any of your belongings. We are not responsible if anything is broken or stolen on our premises.
  • You are responsible for your use of the common areas, furniture, and equipment. In other words, you break it, you buy it.
  • You may not engage in any illegal activity in the space.
  • Do not violate the rights of others, including right to privacy, confidentiality, and enjoyment of the space.
  • Do not disturb other members in the space or other tenants in the building. Please take loud and/or long cell phone conversations out of the coworking space.
  • Up to 2 guests are allowed to accompany you on a given day (a fee of $25 per guest applies). You are responsible for your guests, and they are also responsible for themselves.

We may change these rules from to time, and you agree to adhere to them.

  • Payment in full is due at the beginning of your monthly membership cycle. If payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, we reserve the right to restrict your access to the space, or revoke your membership.
  • Membership may be revoked for any reason; you will be refunded for the remaining period of membership, if applicable.
  • Cancellations: Your membership will end at the end of the current billing month. No refunds will be given for voluntary cancellation.
  • Upgrades/Downgrades: A prorated credit will be applied to your account for your current plan; a charge for the full amount of the new plan will be applied, and the period start date will be reset to today's date. Downgrades to the yearly Supporting plan are not prorated.
